In honor of Tater Day


Yes, we live in a city now, but in honor of Tater Day (which is the celebration of the sweet potato in the small town we once lived in) we would like to post this picture that we took on the way home from picking up "A" from school yesterday. We were sitting at our exit right off the freeway. Hilarious....but unlike tater day, the pig wasn't wearing a rebel flag. Glad of that....

Are you sure you don't still live in Spencer Co? And I'm not quite making the connection between pigs and taters...I guess that's a KY thing!

Tater Day is totally unexplainable. Think of Gone With The Wind minus the class, cool clothes, teeth and shoes. Lots of "meats" on a stick, confederate flag tub tops and do-rags. Lots of fun ;)
