Field Trip to the Farm

Yes, we went to a local farm. Sad, knowing that we grew up out in the country. The fact that I have to drive the kids to a farm is a bit sad for me :) Actually, we went in anticipation of picking one last batch of apples off the trees, but alas, apple picking was over, so we had to make due with a peck of apples from the farm store. We did however, enjoy the barnyard and all the fun activities that they had such as the corn cannon (think potato gun), the paint ball guns aimed at the giant apple, the moo train, tether ball, giant bouncy slide, and the soda shop. It was a beautiful, warm day. I do have one picture of "A" in here (you know that he hides from the camera). He was out of school for election day and was encouraged to come with us :)
